hydraulic cylinders
Double-acting hydraulic cylinders
This is the most commonly used type of hydraulic cylinder. Its design is customized to suit your project, with a variety of attachment options available, such as hinges, flanges, eyes with bushings, eyes with bearings, threads, and many other solutions. Additionally, the cylinder can be equipped with features like cushioning, venting, position sensors, and other solutions required by your application.
Single-acting hydraulic cylinders
This type of hydraulic cylinder is used where the application requires only a pushing force, while an external force, such as a load, returns the piston back into the cylinder. An example of such an application is a tipper, where the cylinder lifts the skip to unload the cargo, and then the piston automatically returns into the cylinder due to the weight of the skip.
In addition to the classic single-acting cylinders with a piston, there is also a version without a piston, called a plunger cylinder.
Telescopic hydraulic cylinders
This type of hydraulic cylinder, due to its design with tubes of varying diameters, allows for long strokes while maintaining small installation dimensions, making it an ideal choice for applications where space is limited. They are available in both single-acting and double-acting versions.
